Q3: Are the fares herein are per person or per vehicle?
Rates shown here are for the rate of the vehicle covering the entire trip not per person.
Q4: Will I receive the details of my travel confirmation including driver’s profile?
We will send the entire booking confirmation including driver’s details via SMS or Whatsapp within 1 Day before your date of travel.
Q5: All the prices listed for single trip or include return trip?
All fares and rates shown here are in one way route and round route. Adding another destination will be considered another trip and will be charged accordingly.
Q6: What if my flight is late when I am arriving?
We give our passengers 1 hour waiting without any charges or extra fees. Succeeding our however after the waiting period will be automatically $20 SGD. We suggest our passengers to send us their flight information for us to keep track of their flight.
Q7: Do I need to make a reservation?
Definitely, all booking travel is or should be made in advance to ensure your slot for us to pick you up.
Q8: How can the driver find me on the airport?
Our drivers will wait for you in the airport. Your name will be written on their name board that they are holding for easy recognition.
Q9: Do you also offer concerts, special events like weddings, debut transfer?
Certainly! We offer our private transport service in almost all kinds of transfers including the above mentioned. Just fill up the details with the special requirements that you would like to add so that our customer representatives will discuss it to you further.
Q10: What is different of Causeway (Woodlands) and 2nd Link (Tuas)?
Singapore is connected to Malaysia by 2 border crossings which are Causeway (at Woodlands) and 2nd Link (at Tuas). Legoland Malaysia and Sanrio Hello Kitty Town are located close to 2nd Link. Angry Birds Activity Park and KSL Dinosaurs Alive Water Park are located close to Causeway (at Woodlands). 2nd Link is generally less traffic jam if compare to Causeway.

Best time to travel to Johor Malaysia is on weekdays before 5pm. Avoid public holiday or festivals periods travel as 2nd link and Causeway will be badly TRAFFIC JAM.
